HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed between Nov 20th and Dec 25th can be returned for a full refund if returned by Jan 7th 2019. Items must be unwashed and unworn.
Any unworn and unwashed item(s) can be returned for a refund within 21 days of the date your order was placed. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. This policy is firm and we will make no exceptions. All returns must be neatly folded and packaged and accompanied by a return form in order for a refund to be issued.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED but will be eligible for return within 21 days of the date that they are shipped.
SWIM: Swimwear is eligible for return within 21 days of the date of shipment. Swimwear must be unworn and unwashed. All swimwear must have the sanitary strip still in place, or the item will not be eligible for return.
SHOES: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Any damage to the original shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: All sales on sale items are final. No exceptions will be made. This includes items purchased on during a flash sale.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item. Sizes sell quickly, so this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
Items returned that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to sender and no refund will be made.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are final.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, your original method of payment will be refunded. It may take a few days for your credit card company to process the return, but if it hasn't been posted after 3-5 business days, please contact us.
DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Depending on how close your address is to Utah, your order will arrive in 1-4 business days via USPS. Once your package is scanned in to the USPS system, you will receive an email with tracking information.
LOST/STOLEN MAIL: Sometimes mail gets misrouted but most often, USPS sorts through the situation. If your tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, please contact us. We will file a claim with USPS and do our best to help you locate your package. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered," The Stockplace is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.
