Any unworn and unwashed item(s) can be returned for a refund within 21 days of the date your order was placed. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. This policy is firm and we will make no exceptions. All returns must be neatly folded and packaged and accompanied by a return form in order for a refund to be issued.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre orders are eligible for return within 21 days of the date that the customer receives the item.
SWIM: Swimwear can only be returned for store credit, not a full refund. All swimwear must have the sanitary strip still in place, or the item will not be eligible for return.
SHOES: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Any damage to the original shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: All sales on sale items are final. No exceptions will be made.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item. Sizes sell quickly, so this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct size. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will refund your shipping for the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
Items returned that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to sender and no refund will be made.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, your original method of payment will be refunded. It may take a few days for your credit card company to process the return, but if it hasn't been posted after 3-5 business days, please contact us.
DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
